A total of 5321 agricultural and non-agricultural households were interviewed. The survey estimates are representative at department level (administrative level 2) and the sample was designed with a 10 percent margin of error. A standard weighting approach is used, though the specific combination of weights depends on factors such as sub-group quotas, availability of baseline data, and appropriate context-specific wealth indicators. Specifically, base weights were applied to correct for unequal probabilities of household selection across administrative level 2 units, accounting for differences between the actual population size and the number of surveyed households in each area. The users shall not take any action with the purpose of identifying any individual entity (i.e. person, household, enterprise, etc.) in the micro dataset(s). If such a disclosure is made inadvertently, no use will be made of the information, and it will be reported immediately to FAO.
