Joint Post Distribution Monitoring 2023

The Joint Post Distribution Monitoring 2023 dataset documents a collaborative effort between the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the World Food Programme (WFP) in South Sudan. Conducted from 13 to 17 January 2023, the Joint Post Distribution Monitoring exercise assessed the needs of refugees across eight settlements to improve the targeting and prioritization of both food and non-food assistance. Data was collected through face-to-face interviews from 1295 refugee households, utilizing a stratified random sampling method. The dataset includes various data files such as anonymized household survey results and terms of reference, ensuring the data is cleaned and anonymized to protect privacy. Geographically, the data covers multiple locations, including Gorom, Jam Jang, Maban, and Yambio, encompassing both refugee and internally displaced person populations.
