Record both the total income received and the average unit price received for the sales (record both the price per unit and the unit code). For example, if the respondent sold 10 bags of maize at the end of the short rains of 2003 for a price of 1,000 KShs per bag, you should write 10,000 in the box for Question 4a, 1,000 in the box for Question 4b, and 6 (the code for bags) in the box for Question 4c.
